Acuvue Contact Lenses

Johnson & Johnson's Acuvue contact lenses have been rereleased. Now, they have Hydraclear Plus that gives consumers added comfort and prevent dry eyes. The contacts are also made with a new smoother lens material called senofilcon A. This material is supposed to be more comfortable that then silicon hydrogel lenses of the old lenses. The added benefit from these lenses is that they protect the eyes from skin cancer causing UV rays. They reportedly block 99% of UV-B and 96% of UV-A rays. Moreover, these lenses are the only one of their kind that help people with astigmatism. Consumers can get these lenses by asking their doctors for the Acuvue Oasys with Hydraclear Plus.
